2024 - 2025 Bus Routes
WARFIELD AREA
BUS 1801. AMY EDMUNDS. FIRST PICK UP 6:10 A.M.
1. Excel guard gate #2, Meathouse. Then up White Cabin picking up students.
2. Pigeon Roost Community Center, transfer high school students to Joe.
3. Go through to 2032 picking up students and through Beauty.
4. Then to WMS. Then to WES dropping off students.
5. P.M. start at WES, reverse in the P.M.
BUS 1802. ROBIN HOWARD. FIRST PICK UP 6:10 P.M.
1. Go up Pigeon Roost, go to Emily Creek. Then go up White Oak, come out and go up into Emily Creek to White Oak Church, then turn around, come out, then meet Joe at Union Church and transfer students.
2. Go up North Wolf Creek picking up students through Lovely and Warfield, then go through Firehouse Lane dropping off middle school, then elementary.
3. 3 P.M. starts at WES. Then middle school, dropping off students through Warfield, Lovely and 1714 North Wolf Creek, Big Branch. Drops off at Pigeon Roost Community Center, meet high school bus, get high school students, head to Pigeon Roost then to Emily Creek.
BUS 902. JOE DAMRON. FIRST PICK UP 6:35 A.M
1. Mouth of Wolf Creek 1714 to Buck Branch, Little Peter Cave & Big Branch, all elementary and middle school students to the Pigeon Community Center, exchange students, take all high school students to high school.
2. Rt. 2032 picking up high school only, dropping off students at MCHS.
3. 3 P.M. starts at MCHS, take to high school, then to Pigeon Roost Community Center to transfer students, then on to deliver students home.
BUS 1303. COLLEEN THOMPSON. FIRST PICK UP 6:25 A.M.
1. Start at Beauty bridge 2031 picking up students through Big Elk.
2. Right on 292 Little Elk of Hode to church on left, transfer students, continue through picking up elementary and middle school. Then take elementary to school.
3. Go through Dempsey picking up middle school students. Take to MCMS.
4. 3 P.M. starts at WES dropping off elementary through Dempsey. Then to MCMS picking up students reverse order.
BUS 1601. DWAYNE PACK. FIRST PICK UP 6:35 A.M.
1. Right Fork of Buck Creek to Poplar Fork picking up all students, go through Big Elk Rd.
2. Meet Colleen’s bus at little white church at mouth of Little Elk of Hode. Any elementary and middle school students give to Colleen and get any high school she may have. Pick up high school through Dempsey and through to Dollar Store.
3. 3 P.M. starts at MCHS. Picking up students and any students that need to go to ball field or McDonald’s and drop them off.
BUS 704. CHUCK WHITE. FIRST PICK UP 6:30
1. Start up Long Branch, picking up high school through Rt. 292, through Lovely and meet Karen at IGA. Exchange students picking up high school students to top of Buck Creek hill, Warfield side.
2. MCHS drop off students.
3. P.M. starts at MCMS. Only students that get dropped off on Rt. 40 to high school. This includes any after-school sports actives.
4. P.M. in reverse order includes Collins Creek to Martin County line.
BUS 1402. KAREN FINLEY. FIRST PICK UP 6:25
1. Pike County line goes through 292 picking up all students to mouth of Long Branch, then picks up elementary, goes to Collins Creek, picks up all students.
2. Meets Chuck at IGA, exchanges students. Chuck gets high school students; Karen gets middle and elementary students.
3. MCMS drop off, then to Dempsey to pick up elementary, then to WES.
4. 3 P.M. starts at WES, then to MCMS.
GRASSY AREA
BUS 1302. GLEMIA DALTON. FIRST PICK UP 6:20 A.M.
1. Buffalo Horn to Calf Creek and Lawrence Co. line.
2. Turn around, then to Marcum Town.
3. P.M. starts at MCMS.
BUS 1001. DANA COPLEY. FIRST PICK UP 6:15 A.M.
1. Left Fork of Little Laurel up Old Rt. 3 picking up students.
2. Go into Peter Cave, Little Lick and Cassell Branch, then to Eden Elementary. First week of school take all middle school over, will rotate with Kevin.
3. P.M. starts Eden Elem.
TOMAHAWK AREA
BUS 2101. JESSICA KIRK. FIRST PICK UP 6:35 A.M.
1. Inez side of foot of Spicy Mountain picking up all students on Rt. 40 to Wooten (parents bring them out). Then stop at Fields Trailer Ct.
2. Picking up students along Rt.40 to 645, go up West Eden, then to Eden Elem.
3. P.M. starts at EES, takes kids to Tomahawk, drops off to fire department, then on to MCHS. Picks up students.
BUS 0121 KEVIN HINKLE. FIRST PICK UP 6:15 A.M.
1. Starts head of Rockhouse picking up all students, then into Trace Fork.
2. Then Route 40 to Hall Branch, then picking up through Milo, then to Eden Elem. Will rotate with Dana second week of school to take middle school over.
3. P.M. starts at Eden.
BUS 2102. TIM BREWER. FIRST PICK UP 6:28 A.M.
1. Starts at Mudford, then Big Lick on Route 3 picking up students, to Vineyard Church, pick up students, turn around.
2. Go through Milo, through Spence Branch, Milo Estates, goes to EES dropping off elementary.
3. P.M. Starts at EES.
MIDDLE FORK
BUS 1701. DAVID HARLESS. FIRST PICK UP 6:35 A.M.
1. Picking students up New Rt. 3 stopping at mouth of Davis Branch, continue to New Rt. 3 to Davella Rd.
2. Then on to New Rt. 3, go through Blackberry Rd., Preece Hollow, Crum Branch, Otto Road, Main Blacklog to Buck Creek hill on Inez side picking up all students. Take elementary to IES.
3. P.M. start at IES.
INEZ AREA
BUS 1401. ETHEL MOORE. FIRST PICK UP 6:30
1. Coldwater Rd. Moore Br. Old Middle Fork Rd. Saltwell Rd. Eli Rd. Back out to 645 to 12 Oaks, Route 40 to county garage.
2. Go to IES. Take all middle school students to MCMS.
3. P.M. starts at IES.
BUS 2002. CRISTY SLONE. FIRST PICK UP 6:30
1. Turkey Creek to OK Corral then Old Rt. 3 to Crooked Run, back to town to Little Blacklog, then to IES. Gets all high school students and goes to MCHS.
2. P.M. starts at MCMS to MCHS.
